Daniel Rifkin, CPA, is the President and CEO of Rifkin Dental Partners, a modern dental partnership organization rooted in the principles and foundation established by his late father, Richard Rifkin, DMD, who opened the original Rifkin Dental practice in 1985.
After earning his Master’s in Accounting from Syracuse University and spending six years in public accounting in New York City, Dan joined the family business. He combined his financial expertise with his passion for healthcare to reignite and grow the family practice into a thriving multi-location and multi-specialty group.
Under his leadership, Rifkin Dental has expanded throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties, employing state-of-the-art technology and a people-first culture. Dan’s goal is to build a doctor-led dental partnership model that empowers clinicians to focus on patient care while RDP handles the business — creating sustainable growth, stability, and community impact.
